Seaport Village needed to refresh its brand and establish a modern relevancy so residents would visit again. Seaport Village was already known as a tourist destination, but it lacked traffic to its adjacent sister center, The Headquarters.
With a brand audit, competitive audit, on-site research and sales review under our belts, we created buzzworthy signature events in off-season spring and winter, including the Busker Festival and Surfin’ Santa. We followed that with a print and OOH creative campaign that married the attraction’s rich history to contemporary luxury.
People saw the two centers as one destination, bringing renewed interest to the area, increasing traffic year-round, and creating buzz both online and across major publications like USA Today. Seriously, it’s hopping over there.
